Remote Online Notarization
How Remote Notarization Works
No travel, no printer, no waiting room. Here's everything you need to know about getting your documents notarized online — start to finish.
Your Complete Notarization Process
From your first contact with us to signed, delivered documents — here's exactly what happens.
Submit Your Request
Start by filling out our booking form with the type of document(s) you need notarized, your preferred date and time, and the names of all signers. For real estate closings, you'll also provide your attorney or title company's contact information.
Receive Confirmation & Session Details
Once we review your request, we'll confirm your appointment and send you a secure session link via email. On business days, we typically respond within a few hours. For urgent closings, reach out directly to expedite.
Prepare for Your Session
Before your appointment, you'll complete an ID verification using biometrics. This is a legal requirement for RON and protects all parties involved. No printing required.
Connect Live with Your Notary
At your scheduled time, click your session link and enter the virtual signing room. You'll be connected live via video with your commissioned notary. The session is recorded as required by law.
Receive Your Completed Documents
Once the session is complete, your notarized documents are digitally sealed and delivered to you via email. They are legally valid, court-admissible, and accepted by lenders, title companies, courts, and government agencies.
Simple, Upfront Pricing
One flat price per notarial act, at the Maryland state rate. You'll know the total before your session starts.
